Winemaker's note :
Historical testimony confirms that, already in the Middle Ages, the hills of the Marca Trevigiana (Treviso ) were naturally suited for the production of excellent white wine.Solid roots of effort and tradition have given the life blood to a plant exuberant and full of fruit.Following grandfather Abele and father Adriano, the youngest generation, Armando and Franco have brought to the house of Adami refined technological specialization in the art of producing the fine spumante wines typical of Valdobbia dene. From here, starting with the cultivation of the vine and the grape, we prepare the basis for the production of our greatest spumante. It is the constant care and tenacity that exalt the "cru" quality of this vineyard. The result of this is a wine that combine sand exalts the characteristics of the Prosecco.
