Tasting note :

Miolo is the name of the brook that flowsthrough the vineyard. A brut made from Chardonnay grapes cultivated in aspecifically designated vineyard with fertile, clay soil. Given the location,the grapes mature more slowly than in other areas, resulting in a soft, richsparkling wine with a complex, fruity nose.

Villa Crespia is the Estate of ArchipelagoMuratori located in Franciacorta. According to this land main vocation, VillaCrespia produces exclusively Classic Method sparkling wines, so calledFranciacorta. Franciacortais also the land of origin of Muratori family and sothe headquarter of Archipelago Muratori. This estate is located in sixdifferent areas of Franciacorta. These six areas represent the six differentenvironments.
