Miolo is the name of the brook that flowsthrough the vineyard. A brut made from Chardonnay grapes cultivated in aspecifically designated vineyard with fertile, clay soil. Given the location,the grapes mature more slowly than in other areas, resulting in a soft, richsparkling wine with a complex, fruity nose.
