Robust palate with a good structure, and clean fruit on the finish.
Winemaker’s note :
Rubbia al Colle was the name chosen for the vineyards in the municipality of Suvereto in Toscany. It is a very important Etruscan archaeological area with very rich subsoil and mines since ancient time .Rubbia al Colle is called “the winery that is not there” because it is completely underground structure for 10000 sq meter. The whole winery has been thought in total respect with the land where it has been built. Thanks to an impressive photo voltaic system, the winery it is energy self-producing. This respectful approach to wine making allows for the creation of wines that are authentic images of this small but diverse area of Toscany, the Val di Cornia.
